It’s probably a bit of an unusual answer, but I’d say aluminium. Once metals start getting too reactive, you can’t really use then as they’re no good for anything, except for watching them react really fast (think of a lump of potassium being put in water). We use aluminium to make the inhalers out of.
Apart from the fun metals like sodium, potassium and the best of them which is caesium, the most reactive I’ve used is magnesium, which is used in what is called a Grignard reaction, used for synthesising alcohols. You do the reaction in ether, which is a highly flammable solvent, and no where near a bunsen burner!
